Job Description
Role summary:
We are seeking an experienced MS365 Analyst to manage and support our MS365 environment with a primary focus on SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Microsoft Teams and Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and administration of core Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Microsoft Teams and Power Platform.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint online site collections document libraries lists and user permissions.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user queries.
- Deploy and support solutions using PowerApps Power Automate and Power Pages.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and development with expertise in SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Teams and Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of MS365 ecosystem Architecture and integration capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge in Teams voice support will be added advantage
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-900 MS-102 MS700
- Knowledge of Azure Active directory conditional access and Intune.
- knowledge and experience in SharePoint Power Automate PowerApps is preferred.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
