As part of our growing team youll play a key role in generating new business and building lasting relationships with potential clients all while receiving top-tier training and support to enhance your sales skills and career development.

This is the perfect role for someone looking to continue or ready to kickstart their career in insurance business development with exciting opportunities to grow and advance.

Responsibilities

Outbound sales & lead generation:Youll actively engage with professional businesses across the UK identifying new partnership opportunities understanding the requirement and complexities of each prospect and delivering focussed re-engagement with prospective clients.


Relationship building:Develop rapport over the phone and transition to face-to-face meetings with prospective clients including identifying tailored approaches to open doors for our experienced practitioners.


Sales-focused goals:Work towards achieving measurable targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
