Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Twinsburg OH
Pay Rate: Up to $37/hour (based on experience)
Shifts Available:
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Schedule: 40 hours/week OT expected
Start Date: August 11 2025
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Bonus: Sign-on bonus available with 1-year promissory note

Position Overview:
A high-performing manufacturing facility in Twinsburg OH is hiring Maintenance Technicians for both 2nd and 3rd shift. This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term potential competitive pay and a sign-on bonus. Ideal candidates will be mechanically and electrically skilled with experience in industrial maintenance PLC troubleshooting and robotics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic electronic and combustion issues

  • Interpret ladder logic (SLC 500 PLC 5 ControlLogix) for troubleshooting

  • Modify and troubleshoot ABB robot models (M94 M98 M2000 M2600 M6700)

  • Install move align and maintain equipment and machinery

  • Perform preventive and proactive maintenance tasks

  • Operate machine shop equipment with accuracy and safety

  • Perform both gas and electric welding tasks

  • Complete repair documentation and maintain a clean safe work area

  • Support other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance

  • Proficient in troubleshooting using PLCs (Allen Bradley)

  • Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics

  • Experience with ABB robotics and welding (gas & electric)

  • Ability to work independently in a high-paced manufacturing setting

  • Must meet Maintenance Technician A level capability

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Technical/vocational certifications or college coursework in maintenance-related fields preferred
