Job Summary
As a Senior Data Scientist working at TTEC Digital you will work on a team with diverse clients and industries to create data-driven solutions develop cutting edge algorithms and provide expert insights to increase our understanding of customer behavior and needs. You will help clients turn data into actionable insights that drive tangible outcomes improve performance and help clients lead the market. This position requires in-depth understanding and use of statistical and data analysis tools.

What skillsets we are looking for:
4-6 years in analytics domain developing & deploying ML/AI solutions
1 years working on NLP projects text mining having used LLMs worked on Hugging Face/Transformer models; worked on publicly available LLM APIs
Proficient level of understanding in machine learning and deep learning methods
Excellent programming skills in Python Pandas PySpark & SQL
Excellent communication skills ability to describe findings to technical and non-technical audience
Good knowledge of MS office suite of products (Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to create end-to-end PowerPoint presentations (outline visualization results summary) that are client-ready
Experience with at least one of the following: Azure GCP Databricks AWS; GCP is preferred
