As an Infant Teacher you will:
- Create a warm responsive and developmentally appropriate environment where infants feel safe loved and supported in their earliest stages of growth.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum through sensory-rich activities music and storytelling using our beloved TLE characterslaying the foundation for joyful learning from the very beginning.
- Foster strong trusting relationships with families by sharing daily updates milestones and sweet moments through our mobile app verbal communication and personalized notes.
- Collaborate closely with fellow teachers and leadership to maintain consistent routines uphold health and safety standards and ensure each infant receives individualized care and attention.
- Observe and document developmental progress supporting each childs unique journey in areas such as motor skills language emergence and social-emotional bonding.
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
