Job Description
As an Intermediate AKS Platform Technical Analyst you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability of our Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platform and related cloud infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in cloud-native technologies while contributing to the stability and scalability of mission-critical systems. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments monitor performance and implement improvements that align with our commitment to operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their cloud engineering career and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain AKS clusters and related Azure PAAS services (e.g. APIM ASE Event Hub).
- Perform Tier 2 triage and troubleshooting of platform issues escalating as needed.
- Assist in automation and monitoring setup to improve platform reliability and visibility.
- Support platform security access management and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application onboarding and deployment.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Provide on-call support on the assign schedule
- Shift Schedule: Rotational (24/5)
- Work Setup: Hybrid Required to work on site 3 days per week
- Location: Quezon City
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or platform support roles.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with AKS Docker or Kubernetes environments.
- Familiarity with CLI tools Git and basic scripting or automation.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure PAAS services (e.g. APIM ASE Event Hub).
- Exposure to Terraform CI/CD pipelines and cloud monitoring tools.
- Understanding of cloud architecture and security principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and customer-centric approach.
