This role offers a basic salary of up to 50000 providing stability and reward without the pressure of bonus targets.

MondayFriday only no weekend working

Carry out advanced diagnostic work across a wide range of makes and models
Explain diagnostic findings to customers in a clear professional manner
Pass repair requirements to the relevant teams to ensure smooth workflow
Mentor and support colleagues while sharing knowledge across the team
Focus on diagnostics and technical issues with little to no heavy work
Experienced Diagnostic Technician or Senior Technician
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Confident in communicating with customers
Able to work across multiple brands (or specialise in one)
A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and developing others
Large well-equipped and busy workshop environment
Friendly positive team with a strong reputation
