They help organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively.In actuarial services at PwC you will be responsible for analysing and managing financial risks for clients through statistical modelling and data analysis. Your work will generate valuable insights and recommendations to help businesses make informed decisions and mitigate potential risks.
Du berätst führende Lebens-(Rück-) Versicherungsgesellschaften in der Schweiz im Rahmen strategischer Transformationsprojekte z.B. Systemmigrationen Prozessoptimierungen oder Modernisierungen von aktuariellen Funktionen.
Du bringst aktuarielles Fachwissen in multidisziplinäre Teams ein und arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen aktuariellen IT- und Business-Funktionen.
Du analysierst und optimierst bestehende aktuariellen Modelle Tarifierungs- oder Reservierungsprozesse.
Du übernimmst Verantwortung für einzelne Projektstreams oder leitest kleinere Projektteams.
Du unterstützt beim Auf- und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsangebots im Bereich Life Insurance bei.
- Du verfügst über einen Universitätsabschluss in Mathematik Statistik Actuarial Science oder Naturwissenschaften.
- Du hast 58 Jahre relevante aktuarielle Berufserfahrung im Lebensversicherungsmarkt sei es in einer (Rück-)versicherungsgesellschaft oder in der Beratung in der Schweiz.
- Du bist Aktuar SAV oder verfügst über eine äquivalente ausländische Qualifikation.
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Tarifierung Reservierung oder Reporting (OR IFRS 17) von Lebensversicherungsprodukten.
- Du hast bereits erste Führungs- und Projekterfahrung idealerweise in grösseren Transformationsprojekten.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
- Zertifizierungen in Cloud-Technologien (z.B. Azure AWS) oder Erfahrung mit Prozessautomatisierung bzw. -orchestrierung (z.B. Camunda) sind von Vorteil.
