Job Summary

Description
This position is accountable for working with Division District and Sales management and the Headquarters Pricing team to implement strategic pricing initiatives to maximize profitability and increase market share. This role will also assist in the implementation of Division-wide and selective price increases.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Division and District management with key reporting on pricing progress and opportunities through monthly reports and ad hoc requests
  • Support Division Marketing with promotional price analysis execution tracking and pricing system needs (coupons promo schedules etc.)
  • Provide field level support to stores and reps answer questions concerning pricing systems and related pricing functions on the POS
  • Conduct training sessions in the field for Managers and Reps
  • Manage pricing initiatives in the Division including price increase effectiveness price schedule usage etc.


Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Must have at least one (1) year of work experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word Excel Power Point Teams and/or Outlook)
  • Must be willing to travel as required for this position

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s) supervising others or leading teams
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience in accounting or accounts receivable
  • Have an associate degree or higher in Accounting Finance or Business
  • Have prior work experience conducting data or financial analysis
  • Have prior work experience using spreadsheets databases and financial software applications
