About the Role:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Hospital Pharmacistfor an exciting job in Brooklyn NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense medications in compliance with prescriptions and regulations.
Participate in sterile processing and IV room operations.
Use pharmacy dispensing systems and EMR to maintain accurate medication records.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy.
Qualifications:
Valid New York State Pharmacist license with Primary Source Verification from NYSED.
Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience.
Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems and sterile processing.
Preferred knowledge of EMR systems and IV room operations.
