Assistant Teacher The Learning Experience Full-Time
Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday
Pay: $16-18 per hour

- Support Lead Teachers in implementing The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
- Create a safe caring and fun classroom environment where children can explore and thrive.
- Assist with classroom activities learning centers and group play.
- Provide support with daily routines including meals nap time and transitions.
- Build strong relationships with families through positive communication.
- Maintain a clean organized classroom that meets state licensing standards.
- Step into classrooms as needed to ensure ratios and continuity of care.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
- Experience working with infants toddlers or preschoolers a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available).
- Must meet all state-specific childcare licensing requirements.
