As our nextCart Pusher youll be responsible for handling the flow of productive materials throughout the manufacturing process. Youll ensure that assembly cells are stocked with the correct parts packaging and processing supplies to support daily production. Your role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What Youll Be Doing:

Safely operate material handling equipment (Walkie Stacker pallet jacks push carts)
Maintain four production cells running at full capacity
Support cell recycling needs and ensure proper stock levels
Maintain superior 6S standards in the PC material department
Manage component racks and adhere to min/max inventory levels
Lift and move materials weighing 35 to 50 pounds consistently
Perform other duties as assigned

What Were Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED
Experience in material handling preferred
Ability to consistently lift 35 to 50 pounds
Basic math and strong communication skills
Ability to operate material handling equipment
Good efficiency and time management skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
Familiarity with 6S or lean manufacturing principles
