Your mission
Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
This is a full-time 18 months contract Legal Trainee position.

Being a Legal Trainee is an exciting task since you are the superhero our team needs. You will support the Legal & Contracts department in safeguarding Sungrows business and ensuring compliance across our operations. Here are your most important tasks:
  • Assist in drafting reviewing and organizing commercial agreements (supply service framework contracts NDAs).
  • Conduct legal research on Greek EU and international regulations relevant to Sungrows activities (renewable energy tax corporate law etc.).
  • Support in preparing filings with the General Commercial Registry (.) corporate housekeeping and company secretarial matters.
  • Help review and maintain compliance with local laws including energy sector regulations recycling/WEEE employment and data protection (GDPR).
  • Assist in monitoring litigation or administrative procedures with external counsel if required.
  • Collaborate with finance operations and HQ teams by providing legal input on cross-border projects and contract execution.
  • Support the preparation of internal reports and summaries of legal issues for Sungrow Hellas management and headquarters.
Your profile
All right all right so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment thats why it is essential for you to have:
  • A law degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) from a Greek university (or equivalent recognized abroad).
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with contract law corporate law and EU regulations is considered a strong plus.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced international environment.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude eagerness to learn and strong interest in the renewable energy sector.
