Preferred Period of Internship Required: January 2026 - June/July 2026

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate students from Chemical Engineering Pharmaceutical Science Life Sciences Food Sciences and related disciplines.

We are looking for a dynamic energetic intern to assist the NPD Wellness team in delivering innovation projects for Haleon Consumer Health R&D. The Intern will work under the supervision of the NPD Principal Scientist- Wellness and collaborate with other functions such as Commercial Innovation Manufacturing Medical Regulatory Insights and R&D Scientists to provide appropriate and timely input into our R&D projects.

Responsibilities:

You will be required to:

• Perform comprehensive sophisticated and critical evaluation of technical data during product development phase.
• Coordinate discussion and close collaboration with cross functional teams and successfully integrate their inputs to charted key NPD milestone.
• Preparation of technical reports/ presentations.
• Assist NPD-Wellness team in create technical and product understanding research plans to fit overall project deliverables.
• Supports the team with other miscellaneous product related project/ development activities when required.

• Learn about strategic product development with exposure to strategic NPD planning process and what it takes to launch a product in the market.
• Acquire a strong technical understanding on the requirements to deliver innovation.
• Gain hands-on in-depth analytical skills by researching analyzing and reviewing technical data information.
• Serve as the voice of the consumer when developing innovation opportunities.
• Exposure to highly matrixed environment and experience of partnering with different functional teams.
