Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP):
- Duration:24 months featuring four 6-month rotations starting mid-September 2026
- Accreditation:IET accredited programme
- Community:Network with fellow graduates and placement students. Benefit from the Buddy programme for guidance from current graduates.
- Development:Access mentorship professional registration support and specialized training.
- Gain Experience:Apply your skills within our software automation & control teams and gain exposure to business areas like project management and quality.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education:2:1 degree in software engineering computer science cybersecurity robotic/ mechatronic engineering or related fields.
- Skills:Passion for problem-solving in engineering and technology.
- Eligibility:Unrestricted permanent work authorization for the UK (no visa sponsorship) and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.
