What youll be doing
Wolt has been growing rapidly in Poland ever since we entered the market in 2018. Were looking for a Restaurant Sales Associate to join our Inside Sales Team.
Exceptional service is always a priority for us too - to ensure our restaurant partners have the best possible experience youll work closely with the Restaurant Partnership and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding for new Partners.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Contacting restaurants that are a great fit for Wolt
- Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships
- Negotiating commercial terms and conditions and collect documentation
- Ensure seamless handover to merchant Onboarding team
- Collaborating with Onboarding and Restaurant Development teams to ensure smooth and rapid activation
- Collaborating with the Sales team on improving sales methodologies and processes.
Our humble expectations
- Your background should be focused on sales customer service or business development - we want someone who enjoys talking to potential Partners and can own the complete sales cycle from start to finish (what youve sold doesnt matter!)
- You are structured detailed and service-oriented
- A natural hunter with excellent communication and networking skills
- A real foodie with good knowledge of the local restaurant scene would be an advantage!
- Fluent in Polish and English.
