Job Summary
- Participation in planning designing and executing commissioning and operation of complex network systems
- Identifying and analyzing problems and initiating corrective measures
- Problem detection and documentation using a trouble ticket system even in complex system environments
- Initiating escalation procedures in critical problem cases
- Administration of deployed network and security systems
- Integration of new customers into existing operational processes
- Installing and maintaining tools
- Designing and implementing supporting tools
- Participating in the development and planning of service concepts
- Coordinating order processing
Qualifications :
- Initial professional experience in IT network administration
- Knowledge of various network topologies (Ethernet WLAN etc.) as well as network protocols TCP/IP OSPF BGP and MPLS
- Experience with Cisco IOS/ACI CCNA CCNP and services such as Multicast DHCP DNS NAT TACACS and RADIUS
- Analytical systematic and structured way of working
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Good and broad technical understanding
- Very good expertise in the targeted area of responsibility as well as good knowledge of related technologies
- Very good German and English skills
