Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE)to lead Agile Release Trains (ART) and drive successful Program Increment (PI) planning and execution. The RTE will act as a servant leader and coach ensuring collaboration across teams measuring delivery and flow and managing ART-level execution and dependencies. A background in wealth management or the financial industryis strongly preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of SAFe methodologyand other agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban).
- Hands-on experience as an RTE leading PI Planning and ART execution.
- Proven ability to lead coach and mentor teams in agile principles and practices.
- Strong facilitation communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in creating and analyzing agile delivery metrics and dashboards.
- Proficiency with enterprise agile tools (Planview Jira confluence).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
