Job Description & Summary: Java developer
Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain microservices using Java 3 and Spring Boot Implement RESTful APIs and ensure proper API versioning and documentation Build event-driven architectures using message queues and streaming platforms Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment Write comprehensive unit integration and contract tests
Mandatory skill sets:
3-4 years of Java development experience 3 years hands-on experience with Spring Boot Spring Cloud and Spring Security Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns and best practices Experience with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes) Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB Redis) Experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka RabbitMQ AWS SQS) Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform) Experience with API gateway technologies
Preferred skill sets:
Strong experience with Git version control and branching strategies Proficiency with build tools (Maven Gradle) Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit Mock frameworks Test containers) Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI or similar) Knowledge of monitoring tools (AppDynamics Prometheus Grafana ELK stack)
