We opened our Budapest office to establish key Engineering and Business teams in the region. As a Senior Full Stack Web Developer at Formlabs youll join a small dynamic team of developers within the Marketing department. Youll work on building and maintaining our global websites including our e-commerce platform support hub and marketing pages across multiple languages. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of web technology design and business impact.
The Job:
- Develop and maintain our core marketing e-commerce and support websites
- Work across the stack with TypeScript React Python Django and PostgreSQL
- Handle deployment and maintenance of production systems (Dockerized environments)
- Development of user-facing front-end code using and our GraphQL API
- Close collaboration with product and design teams to develop compelling and consistent web user experiences
- Development of the headless CMS backend code
- Working with UX team to improve the user experience of the website
- Ensure our websites are accessible fast secure and scalable across 5 languages
- Continuously improve our web platform with automation code optimization and testing
You:
- You are a proven web developer with 6 years of experience post-graduate experience
- You can build and ship web applications in a production environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team with engineers product managers and business stakeholders alike
- Experiencecoding inPythonandTypescript/JavaScriptframeworks such asDjango ReactJSNextJS and Tailwind CSS
- Break down complex initiatives into concrete iterative pieces
- Write clear code document your work and provide high-quality code reviews
Bonus Skills:
- Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
- Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
- Experience with Jenkins Kubernetes or other CI/CD tools
- Understanding of SEO accessibility and performance optimization
