TTEC Digital seeks a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Project Manager to join our IT services team. This remote role in the US is ideal for a senior-level professional with experience managing ServiceNow projects including implementations across modules such as SCM ITSM ITOM HR and GRC. The successful candidate will lead Agile and Hybrid Agile projects using the NowCreate methodology ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder engagement.
This is a 100% remote opportunity!
What You Will Do:
- Lead ServiceNow projects across modules including SCM FSM ITSM ITOM HR and GRC among others.
- Create and manage project charters plans and documentation using NowCreate methodology.
- Coordinate Agile and Hybrid Agile implementations with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and facilitate client discussions.
- Track milestones and maintain integrated delivery plans.
- Manage project activities using tools such as MS Project Excel and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM.
- Support financial tracking and reporting for projects.
- Identify and manage project risks and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
What You Will Bring:
- 47 years of project management experience preferably in a consulting environment.
- Experience managing ServiceNow projects using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with NowCreate methodology for ServiceNow implementations.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools including MS Project Excel Word and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules: SCM ITSM ITOM HR and GRC.
- PMP CAPM or Agile certification is a plus.
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification.
- Ability to produce clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

$125000 - $140000 a year
