Job Description

Seeking a diligent conscientious clerical worker with experience in an office or administrative setting preferred. This individual perform a variety of supportive tasks related to the day-to-day programming activities within the Senior Services programs to facilitate efficient working environments. They will support in the areas of training recruitment service delivery administrative/clerical support. This position offers an hourly rate of $16.89 including medical vision dental paid time off 401K and other voluntary benefits.

Position Highlights

  1. Provides support related to ongoing and special program activities (e.g. monthly supply distribution quarterly all-staff meetings staff recognition events etc.).
  2. Assists the Senior Services Director in tracking and securing required receipt/acknowledgments from program staff regarding key agency or program policies and other documentation.
  3. In the absence of the Administrative Assistant performs routine clerical duties such as photocopying filing handling correspondence answering telephones responding to community inquiries helping to coordinate the intake process greeting visitors etc.
  4. Provides support related to pre-service training activities and assists with the assembly of Pre-Service training documentation/packets; tracks in-service training completion by Home Care Aides and Supervisors.
  5. Prepares Introductory home visit documentation packets for the Supervisors initial home visits to new participants.
  6. Works on other Adhoc projects as assigned by the Senior Services Director.
