Your opportunity to drive innovation
As our new IT Project Manager you will be responsible of running several projects and/or Scrum teams within different business focus areas. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders at all organizational levels including Executive level and across mainly EMEA and North America. Your main goal will be to facilitate the delivery of value-adding solutions continuous process optimization as well as ensuring a strong delivery model.

A Project Manager Who Enjoys Cross-functional Collaboration
We imagine that the ideal candidate has around 3 years of experience as a Project Manager preferably within an international enterprise environment. We imagine that you have experience working with establishing IT projects within different business areas and technologies and thus possess a generalist IT project management toolbox.
You have experience working with Agile principles and experience with delivering on time scope and budget. You have great stakeholder management skills as you will be working with many different stakeholders across departments regions and levels.

What happens with your application
We will screen CVs ongoingly as we receive them and contact the 5-6 candidates that we believe match the position best possible for a phone interview. Thereafter the process will consist of 3 interviews. The first interview will be with the hiring manager and a colleague. The 2nd interview will be with a HR representative together with the manager where the focus will be on a personality assessment and aptitude test - followed by a 30min. conversation with the managers manager.
The employment contract process will be handled online via our system Workday with guidance from the HR representative.
