Job Summary
McLaren Greater Lansing is looking for APPs for their level 3 ED
Cerner EMR
50 bed hours
60% of hospital admins are received from the ED
20% ED patients admitted to the hospital per day
Level 3
Annual ER volume - 40150
Fast Track to ED
Admin Orders: We request a bed and house officer inputs admission orders. This is mostly done by IM and surgical residents.
Are deliveries received in ED or sent directly to Labor & Delivery: Sent to L&D
Referral/transfer protocol: pediatrics go to Sparrow; other transfers depend on diagnosis.
troke to McLaren Flint. Trauma if severe to Sparrow
