Were offering an exciting internal opportunity for experienced and motivated Security Officers to step up into the role of Security Team Leader. If you have a passion for mentoring others maintaining high standards and want to play a key role in service delivery at the Royal Adelaide Hospital this is your chance!

What you will do:

Lead a dedicated team of 15 Security Officers
Coordinate day-to-day operations rosters and service delivery
Be a first point of contact for staff and support site safety and compliance
Gain experience in a leadership position while building your career with Downer

What you will need:

Cert II in Security & Current SA Security Licence (mandatory)
WWCC and First Aid incl. CPR (mandatory)
At least 3 years experience in a healthcare or similar environment
Strong communication problem-solving and admin skills
Confidence with rostering systems and frontline leadership

Desirable: Cert III in Security experience with Enterprise Agreements and team supervision.
