Job Title: Cut & Etch Operator
Job Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire
Shift: 6:00 AM start time

Responsibilities:

Operate cutting and etching machinery following safety and quality standards
Set up machines and prepare materials for processing
Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent and accurate output
Inspect finished parts for quality and compliance with specifications
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

Previous experience operating cutting etching or similar machinery preferred
Ability to read and understand work orders and basic blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable attendance and punctuality
