For our procurement team we are currently looking for a Fleet Manager who will be responsible for strategic management of the fleet within the KION Group in EMEA region as well as for achieving overall strategic fleet requirements & targets. The European Fleet Manager will drive optimization improve fleet processes and support sustainability.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsibilities:
First of all - youll be developing and implementing effective fleet processes and strategies to maximize fleet performance
Identifying opportunities to standardize the approach to the fleet on the EMEA level
Ensuring data transparency; developing and managing company database of all vehicles and other necessary information
You will be providing high-level support to internal clients and stakeholders
Cooperating with internal stakeholders Fleet Managers as well as Site and Category Buyers within the region;
You will be involved in contract and supplier management in support of tenders & negotiations or in contract preparation
Securing the fleets compliance with applicable regulations
Development and deployment of a car policy with the HR Department
Proposing and implementing technologies and tools that can improve processes in this area
Collaborating on sustainability and e-mobility projects
Global collaboration in case of potential synergies with KION APAC and America
Your Skills and Expertise:
Must-have:
Fluent English - minimum B2/C1
Availability to business travel 10-15%
Several years of professional experience working as a Fleet Specialist or Fleet Manager/ Key account management in a fleet provider insurance company car dealer leasing company
Expert knowledge of the market fleet specificity and fleet solutions including new technologies and tools
Completed Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or Logistics.
Excellent stakeholder management;
Excellent communication skills; team player
Good problem-solving critical thinking and decision-making skills
Self-motivated committed and independent
Action and target oriented; proactive and innovative approach to meet targets
