Support pre-sales activities: solution design RFP/RFI responses client presentations demos and proposal support. Act as a trusted advisor for clients aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives. Stay updated with Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 45 years experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA). 23 years pre-sales experience in solution design demos and client engagement. Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Service Marketing Clouds). Excellent requirement gathering documentation and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication presentation and problem-solving abilities. Salesforce certifications (Admin Consultant or Architect) preferred.
