Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce solutions and hands-on pre-sales experience. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology solutions drive client discussions design scalable Salesforce solutions and support pre-sales activities including proposal creation demos and solution pitches.

- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 45 years experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
- 23 years pre-sales experience in solution design demos and client engagement.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Service Marketing Clouds).
- Excellent requirement gathering documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin Consultant or Architect) preferred.
Job requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business requirements translating them into Salesforce solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to design and optimize Salesforce functionalities (Sales Service Marketing Clouds).
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities: solution design RFP/RFI responses client presentations demos and proposal support.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
- Stay updated with Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices.
