Job Description
- Design and deliver training programs for modern railway signaling systems (e.g. CBTC) various communication systems operations systems and other advanced monitoring systems used for railway operations.
- Develop course materials assessments and certification pathways.
- Maintain and upgrade training simulators for hands-on learning.
- Ensure training programs meet the Clients Specifications FRA FTA and other regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Lead classroom and field-based instruction.
- Mentor and evaluate trainees including task-based assessments and performance reviews.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continued improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop training material.
- Develop electronic and advanced training modules.
- Coordinate with external partners and clients.
- Represent the training programs in cross-functional initiatives and expansion projects.
- Promote a culture of safety excellence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Education Safety or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 510 years of experience in rail signaling communications or training.
- Strong communication and teaching abilities
- Technical proficiency in signaling systems and electronics
- Project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in field environments
