Job Description:

• Machine Operation & Setup: Operates as part of a production team setting up machines to assemble shafts and rotors adjusting settings per blueprints and diagrams and using tools like tape measures and calculators for precision.
• Tool & Material Handling: Identifies and safely uses shove tools hoists air manipulators and orders necessary supplies; reads and follows manufacturing instructions and diagrams via Shop Floor Display.
• Quality & Productivity: Ensures defect-free high-quality output while meeting production goals; uses systems like flex flow and day/rank and supports cross-training and task-sharing among team members.
• Teamwork & Safety: Communicates with team and supervisors prioritizes safety and housekeeping and is willing to work overtime and support other departmental functions as needed.

Education and Experience Needed:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
