We are seeking a compassionate detail-oriented and highly organizedAdmissions Counselorto join our team onsite in Eureka MT. This full-time role will support the Admissions Director in managing incoming leads guiding families through the admissions process and ensuring a smooth transition for new students into our program.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective families educational consultants and referring professionals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone email and web submissions.
- Provide detailed information about the Chrysalis program philosophy and treatment approach.
- Assist families in navigating the admissions process including application review scheduling interviews and coordinating intake logistics.
- Maintain accurate records in the admissions database and track lead activity.
- Collaborate with clinical academic and residential teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new students.
- Support the Admissions Director with administrative tasks and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in psychology social work education or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in admissions customer service or behavioral health settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Passion for helping families and making a difference in the lives of young people.
- Must pass federal and state background check
- Must pass drug screening
- Active State of Montana Drivers license
