Job Summary
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support our global supply chain and demand planning operations. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate forecasting efficient processes and strong collaboration across markets and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation consolidation and analysis of demand forecasts across multiple markets.
- Monitor demand trends stock availability and highlight potential risks (e.g. pre-OOS situations).
- Collaborate with Supply Planning Commercial Finance and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment and timely updates.
- Contribute to process improvements automation and dashboard/reporting enhancements (Power BI Power Automate Excel).
- Participate in S&OP/DRM meetings and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy documentation and compliance with internal procedures.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Economics or a related field (Masters a plus).
- 13 years of experience in demand planning supply chain or data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and preferably Power BI/Power Automate.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
