About the Role

Based in BYDs Mulgrave office on offer is a Vehicle Supply & Logistics Coordinator position to be responsible for:

End-to-end vehicle tracking and logistics coordination:

• Collaborate with Sales team and ensure all purchase orders released to HQ are accurate.
• Liaise with the HQ Asia-Pacific delivery team to ensure that vehicle production aligns with the agreed schedule.
• Coordinate with HQ to ensure timely shipment bookings and alignment of the despatch plan with the required delivery month. Ensure the despatch plan is accurately communicated to the Regional Distribution Centre freight forwarders and dealers.
• Work with the Regional Distribution team and 3PL providers to monitor inbound in-warehouse outbound and PDI processes; promptly flag and follow up on any abnormalities.
• Support regular stocktaking activities.
• Ensure timely dealer order fulfilment and delivery in coordination with the RDC team 3PL and freight forwarders.
• Collaborate with the RDC team to ensure proper adherence to the claims process.
• Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to align logistics operations with internal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external system providers to ensure the systems and functions in place effectively support vehicle tracking.

Problem Solving

Assist the Logistics Manager in resolving logistical challenges such as shipping delays inventory discrepancies and transportation issues to ensure smooth operations.

Reporting

Prepare and provide regular reports on vehicle status claims and other logistics-related matters including ad hoc reports as required.

Key requirements:

• At least 4 years relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
