Key Responsibilities

Supervise and provide leadership to an audit team offering guidance and support to junior staff.
Act as the liaison between clients and managers throughout the audit process.
Ensure audit files are prepared according to the firm s audit procedures for managerial review.
Undertake detailed technical work contributing to service delivery in a supportive and collaborative manner.
Demonstrate confidence commercial awareness and initiative when managing complex technical matters.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Professional qualification (ACA or ACCA).
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
Confidence in leading and mentoring junior team members.
Proactive in welcoming new challenges and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
Passion for producing excellent client outcomes.
