Job Description

We are working with a globally regulated online broker providing Forex and CFD trading who is looking to recruit a Social Media Executive.


Position: Social Media Executive (Uzbek and Russian)

Location: Remote - Tashkent

Employment type: Service Agreement

Remuneration: base pay.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop coordinate and implement social media strategies across platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram YouTube TikTok Telegram Threads).
  • Propose new social media initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track measure and report on social media performance using KPIs and insights adjusting strategies where necessary.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify effective content and analyze results.
  • Prepare regular performance reports (monthly yearly lifetime) for all channels.
  • Oversee the scheduling and execution of social media activities ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support brand visibility at key events and engagements.
  • Plan and coordinate content-related initiatives such as podcasts.
  • Collaborate with Content Design and Data/Analytics teams or external agencies to optimize campaigns and ensure effective messaging.
  • Monitor competitors and produce analysis reports.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media features tools and compliance guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in Uzbek and Russian with good command of English.
  • Degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in social media management.
  • Experience with social analytics and listening tools (e.g. Sprinklr Brandwatch) preferred.
  • Proven track record in scaling and managing social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce insightful reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under deadlines.
  • Passion for digital engagement and innovation.
