Job Summary

At Kickbase were on a mission to revolutionize the way fans experience soccer. Our vision is to innovate and push the boundaries in the soccer industry creating unique and exciting ways for fans to engage with the sport they love. As a Social Media Manager & Content Creator you will support us setting foot on MLS ground the entertaining exciting and brand-conform way.

The Role

Youll become the on-camera face and strategic content mind of Kickbases US expansion. Your mission: entertain activate and convert soccer fans especially around MLS and the Baller League through creative native content that builds reach community and app growth.

What Youll Do

Content Creation

Be the on-camera talent for Kickbases US social content (Reels Shorts TikToks Stories etc.)
Own the end-to-end process: from idea and scripting to filming editing and publishing
Co-develop new recurring content series/formats that fit our tone and excite our community

Community & Channel Ownership

Be active in engaging with followers responding to comments reposts challenges
Work closely with our Community team to stay aligned with current user behavior and needs
Spot and react to trending soccer narratives both in the US and globally

What You Bring

Must Haves

Comfort and charisma on camera and know how to speak TikTok/IG
Familiarity with Fantasy Soccer either from user or content side
A passion for US soccer culture (MLS creators fan rivalries soccer memes)
You bring the hands-on mentality autonomous work and ownership we bring the flexibility
Be ready to build something from the ground up
Strong communication skills
Affinity for modern organizational tools - Slack ASANA Gather

Nice to Haves

Bilingual (English Spanish) ideally familiar with both US Hispanic culture and LaLiga
Experience with short-form editing
Existing social presence in the football/creator space
