Your role
Were for a Founding Product Engineer to join our Product team who is eager to revolutionize property management with us. We believe that AI-enabled service companies are among the most exciting and tangible AI opportunities out there right now. German property management with its decades old processes and its often low customer satisfaction is the perfect opportunity to prove our thesis.
You will:
- Work within a small experienced team to initiate first projects and help shape our engineering & product culture
- Analyze complex problems from user research and operational processes to develop adaptive automated solutions
- Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from rapid prototyping to scalable architecture
- Apply skills from software engineering product management and design contextually across projects
Your Profile
- Mindset: You work with attention to detail empathy and solution-orientation with intuition for users and technology
- Experience: 6 years in software engineering strong at handling uncertainty & complex projects
- Know-how: Pronounced product mindset solid understanding of LLMs RAG & AI trends
- Tech Stack: Proficient in at least one programming language & experience with web tech stack (e.g. Python SQL)
