Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Build applications that auto-generate code pipelines and web apps from prompts.

Enhance contact center operations with generative AI.

Write clean scalable testable code with strong software engineering principles.

Implement LLM agentic technologies and optimize AI models.

Conduct R&D into future AI technologies (e.g. blockchain quantum).

Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors in CS/IS (or 8 years equivalent experience).

2 3 years hands-on generative AI experience.

4 5 years software engineering experience.

Strong Python skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with agentic AI LLMs NLP computer vision.

Strong programming in Python React Angular.

Familiarity with AWS CI/CD DevOps unit testing frameworks.

Continuous learner with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
