Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to support existing and build new custom Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Virtual Agents and Dataverse. This role is fully onsite in Richmond VA and requires strong hands-on skills in Power Platform development workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

Develop maintain and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions to improve workflows and business processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
Provide technical insights best practices and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Stay updated on the latest Power Platform features tools and trends to recommend improvements.
Create and optimize automation flows dashboards and data integration processes.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Power Virtual Agents and Dataverse.
Proficiency in Power FX formula language.
Solid understanding of automation workflows process improvement and business applications.
Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
