Role: Travel LPN/LVN
Location: Ithaca NY
Duration: 13 Weeks contract
Shift: 8 hour days (7am to 3pm)
Schedule: 40 hours per week/5 days

Pay breakdown:

Hourly rate - $45.00 $15.50 taxable $29.50 non-taxable
OT rate - $67.50
Weekly Gross - $1800.00 $620.00 taxable $1180.00 stipend

Job Summary:

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Out patient Clinic provides direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. Responsibilities include administering medications monitoring residents health assisting with daily living activities documenting care and communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams. The LPN plays a key role in ensuring resident comfort safety and well-being while promoting a respectful and supportive environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required
1 year of Out Patient clinic experience required
Travel experience required
NY state license required
AHA BLS required
No local nurses/Travel nurse must be 50 miles away from the facility
