To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Responsibilities/ Duties
Work with a team to assemble entire equipment or components.
Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
Review drawings for each assemble worked on
Assemble each product according to specification.
Maintain a clean orderly work environment.
Identify any product defect record and report accordingly.
Conduct quality inspections of equipment or parts.
Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet quality Standard.
Complete any quality and production forms.
Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures.
Understand schematics for electro/mechanical assemblies.
Experience with various types of power sources (e.g. AC DC single/three-phase).
Follow assembly instructions specifications and schematics.
Knowledge and experience in operating all types of hand and power tools while adhering to safety instructions.
Use appropriate supplied measuring devices including multi-meters oscilloscopes and other similar test equipment.
Resolve assembly problems that may require altering dimensions or tolerances.
Prepare finished product for shipment.
Perform any other company-related tasks as required such as Service Calls performed remotely and guiding customers through troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
Background/ Experience Previous experience in manufacturing assembly or other related fields with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
Experience with wiring prototype and production assemblies.
Must be prepared to work flexible hours and schedules to meet deadlines.
A major component of this job involves assembling testing and preparing for shipment of equipment that weighs up to 140 lbs.
Ability to work well in teams.
Must be physically able to Sit stand and walk for extended periods of time 8-12hrs on a regular basis.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communicational skills.
Detail oriented.

Ensure all products meets or exceed company standards.
Proven experience as inventory manager.
Understanding of quality standards & safety regulations.
Proficient in MS Office software.
Must have the ability to read analyze and interpret written materials in English.
Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English.
Physical Activities Extraordinary physical activities that are required for adequately performing the job duties
Requires ability to communicate in person and by telephone frequently operating standard office equipment such as telephones and laptops and reaching with hands and arms.
There will be prolonged periods of standing.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
