Job Title: Oracle ERP Functional Lead

Type: Contract / Full-Time - W2 Only

Overview
Were seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance (GL AP AR FA) and ADP Payroll/Time/Absence. This role will lead a major transformation program unifying Finance and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Cloud ERP & ADP implementation across Finance and HR.
Manage project plans timelines budgets and risks.
Oversee system testing UAT data migration and integrations.
Coordinate with IT Finance HR and external vendors/SIs.
Ensure adoption through training documentation and change management.

Requirements
8 10 years in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations (GL AP AR FA).
Proven ADP Payroll/Time/Absence integration experience.
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management.
Experience with fit-gap CRP SIT UAT cutover hypercare.
PMP certification preferred.
