What we look for in an Assistant Manager:

Were searching for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our vibrant food-focused pub. Youll be a hands-on leader with a genuine passion for hospitality and a natural ability to inspire your this role youll play a crucial part in our ongoing successnot only by delivering exceptional customer experiences but also by keeping our pub lively and engaging through creative marketing and events. Whether its planning supper clubs jazz nights or charity fundraisers youll thrive on coming up with ideas and turning them into standout events that set us apart in the community. All fresh ideas are welcome!

What were looking for:

  • Previous experience in hospitality management (pub bar or restaurant)
  • A marketing mindset and keen interest in promoting the venue
  • Proven ability to plan and manage events of all types and sizes
  • Enthusiasm for developing and mentoring your team
  • Strong communication organisation and leadership skills
  • A genuine love for food drink and great guest experiences
