Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Implement configure and customize Actimize IFM solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements
Install and configure Actimize Platform (AIS ActOne UDM etc.)
Enhance Actimize IFM solution build custom Policy Manager rules workflows DARTS etc.
Troubleshoot analyse and resolve technical issues; Perform root cause analysis to minimize recurrence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts QA project managers) throughout the SDLC
Perform unit system performance and integration testing; Document technical specifications installation steps and troubleshooting procedures
Install product patches and service packs Upgrade Actimize platform and solutions over time
Lead or participate in Agile sprint planning backlog management and documentation
Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in software development with a focus on NICE Actimize.
Hands-on experience in installing and implementing Actimize Platform and Solutions preferably IFM IFM-X
Experience in implementing and configuring Actimize ActOne features such as DART Workflows Policy Manager Dashboards Permissions etc
Experience in creating custom code/enhancing existing code using Actimize AIS Modeler
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL Query optimizations and data analysis
Experience in developing RCM custom plugins is a plus
Familiarity with application servers (Tomcat WebSphere WebLogic) is a plus
Understanding of compliance and financial crime domains (Fraud AML etc.).
Good knowledge of SDLC Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment
