About the Role:
We are seeking a Die Repair Technician to join our manufacturing team in Twinsburg OH. This direct hire position includes a competitive hourly pay rate and a new hire bonus of $5000$10000. Relocation assistance may be available.

Responsibilities:

Repair rebuild and maintain casting and trim dies per original specifications.
Transport clean disassemble repair and reassemble dies using lift trucks die cleaning equipment and cranes.
Build and replace segments cores details and parts from blueprints.
Polish and grind die cavity surfaces as required.
Troubleshoot tooling problems and perform maintenance or repairs as needed.
Perform welding duties in both the foundry and Die Repair Department.
Complete work orders records and sign-offs accurately.
Train new employees as needed.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or Associates degree trade/technical school or journeyperson certificate preferred.
Up to 2 years of relevant training or on-the-job experience required.
Ability to read blueprints and perform skilled die repair tasks.
Experience with polishing grinding and welding dies.
Tool & Die Repair Journeyman Papers are a plus but not required.

Additional Details:

Pay: Up to $32/hr based on experience.
Bonus: $5000$10000 new hire bonus.
