Job Summary

What Youll Do:

Travel to assigned client sites and meet employees across shifts.

Educate union members on supplemental benefit plans.

Guide employees through the enrollment process.

Attend virtual training and weekly meetings.
What Youll Need:
Must Have:

Active Life Health & Accident Insurance Producer License.

Willingness to commute/travel daily as assigned.

Comfort with flexible/variable schedules (based on client shifts).
Good to Have:

Prior experience in benefits counseling enrollment or union-based benefits.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Compensation & Perks:
-
$300/day per diem for enrollments (with performance requirements).

Additional commissions bonuses and incentives.
-
Paid mileage for local travel ($0.70/mile).
-
Company-paid flights hotels and accommodations for long-distance travel.
