Job Summary

Role: - IVR Test Engineer

Location: - Plano TX

Mode of work: - Onsite (100%)

Job Description:

Primary Skills - Cyara IVR Testing Min 5 years Software quality assurance / technical testing experience in Voice/ Contact Center technologies namely Genesys IVR CTI Softphone Call Recording Verint.
Hands on experience in contact center Technology experience in testing Genesys call routing CTI / custom softphone applications IVRs validation is a plus.
Experience in developing Manual and automation test scripts with CYARA. Hands on experience in Cyara and should have extensive experience in using Data Driven Cruncher/Cruncher Lite Tags and running campaigns.
Load Testing activity in regular intervals and report generation.
Design and/ or Oversee development of test approaches test strategies test plans and test results to ensure testing is right- sized and risk- based testing principles are applied.
