A sharp detail-driven team leader with a passion for delivering top tier service a person who is used to working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge this is a diverse hands-on role where youll work with frontline teams to ensure we exceed service expectations and build strong relationships with clients and employees alike.
Lead & Inspire: Motivate develop support and work along side cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service.
Manage Efficiently: Oversee recruitment work schedules employee relations and team performance while fostering a positive cohesive work environment.
Ensure Service Excellence: Drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple sites. or project-based assignments.
Monitor Budgets & Payroll: Keep costs in check while ensuring accurate payroll processing.
Build Relationships: Be the go-to person for customers and employees ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Champion Best Practices: Maintain cleaning plans and schedules troubleshoot issues and think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
Stock Management: Ensure all sites have sufficient cleaning materials and consumables. Ensure the van supplies are sufficient and equipment is well kept.
