Pay range:

Salary$220000.00 - $850000.00Overlake Clinics is seeking an experienced Dermatologist for our growing Dermatology practice located Bellevue WA.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time 1.0 FTE (36 patient contact hours)
- Schedule: option of 4 10s or 5 8s
- EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $472k-$706k
- Up to 5 weeks of PTO
- 1 week of CME plus $5000 in CME funds

Qualifications:
- Board certified/eligible in Dermatology
-Completion of a US residency program
- Washington physician licenseby time of hire
- Experience with EPIC preferred
