We are seeking Bridge Engineers to join our dynamic Bridge Sector in Fairfax VA. At TYLin youll work on exciting infrastructure projects from concept to completion contributing to the development of bridges that connect communities and improve transportation networks.Responsibilities & Qualifications
What Youll Do:
Perform structural analysis and design calculations to ensure safety and efficiency.
Develop bridge layouts structural details 3D models construction plans specifications and material quantity calculations.
Utilize industry-leading software (Finite Element CSIBridge AutoCad MicroStation SAP2000 and more).
Coordinate with highway traffic and civil engineers to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on bridges or structures from an ABET Accredited University. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum range of 4-10 years of bridge design and analysis experience.
PE license or the ability to obtain within one year is preferred.
Familiarity with AASHTO and DOT design and standards from agencies such as VDOT DDOT NJDOT preferred.
Experience applying engineering software such as MicroStation AutoCAD CSI Bridge VBridge LPile LEAPBridge SAP2000 etc.
Excellent verbal and written and presentation skills.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment we have provided the base compensation range of $ $92000 - $146600 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills experience education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
